Sankalp Africa Summit 2026

Sankalp Africa Summit 2026, one of Africa’s leading platforms for impact-driven innovation and investment, will take place on 25–26 February 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya. The summit will bring together investors, policymakers, corporates and entrepreneurs working to accelerate sustainable development and scale market-ready solutions across Africa’s energy, food systems and climate sectors. 

Energy Catalyst will be actively participating at the summit, showcasing a strong portfolio of supported companies and hosting a dedicated session focused on the role of clean energy as critical infrastructure for resilient and inclusive agri-food systems. The session, Energy as Infrastructure for Agriculture: Powering the food systems, will explore how clean energy solutions – from cultivation and processing to cold storage and clean cooking – are driving productivity, reducing losses and enabling entrepreneurship across African value chains. 

Across the two-day event, Energy Catalyst-supported innovators will share practical, market-ready solutions spanning solar-powered agricultural processing, sustainable cooling, biomass-based clean heat, zero-emission refrigeration and scalable mini-grid systems.
